Osmobloom
Scented display for L’Oréal
Digital Flower
L’Oréal asked me to design a scent diffuser to showcase their new Osmobloom fragrance ingredients.
The goal was to represent the flowers in a way that conveyed both a poetic and technological sensibility, blending natural inspiration with a digital feel.
I focused on creating a display that would engage multiple senses, highlighting the beauty of the ingredients while offering an intuitive and immersive experience.
Flower mist diffusers
I chose to use the digital lace I had developed to create flowers representing the ingredients on display. The lace was first printed flat and then carefully shaped by hand to form each bloom.
A subtle mist emerges from the core of the flower, materializing the scent as it flows down the object. The digital feel of the lace interacts with the organic shapes of the flowers and the ethereal nature of the mist.
Visitors could simply approach and smell the flowers, experiencing them as if they were real.
Technical challenge
I designed a series of eight diffusers representing four distinct flowers, later expanding the collection with a fifth flower for subsequent exhibitions.
Orange blossom - Tuberose - Lily of the Valley - Hyacinth - Rose
The project was developed under a tight timeline, with concept and production completed within a single month.
Exhibitions
The diffusers were installed on L’Oréal’s booth during various fairs, allowing visitors to explore and experience the new scents firsthand.
These diffusers have been displayed at : Vivatech fair 2025, Change Now 2026 and Perfume Week 2026 so far.
